Welcome to The Body Lab Wiltshire. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your booking of our services. By accessing our website or booking an appointment, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our site or services.

We provide non-surgical aesthetic treatments including but not limited to skin treatments, body sculpting, laser hair removal, and related services.

We make every effort to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee that all information is complete, up-to-date, or free from errors.
You must not use our website for unlawful purposes or to infringe on the rights of others.

4. Bookings & Payments
All appointments must be booked in advance via our online booking system, phone, or in person.
A £25 booking fee is required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Full payment is due at the time of your appointment unless otherwise agreed.
Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
Cancellations and changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your booking fee and you will be liable to pay for the full appointment cost.
If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced, and full payment will still be required.

6. Medical and Age Considerations
It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete medical information form before undergoing any treatment.
Certain treatments may not be suitable for individuals with specific health conditions, allergies, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.
We can not treat anyone under the age of 18

7. Results
Results may vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed.
Multiple sessions may be required to achieve optimal results.

8. Liability
The Body Lab Wiltshire will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from your use of our services.
We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
They cannot be exchanged for cash.
Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

10. Privacy & Data Protection
We take your privacy seriously. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, store, and use your personal data.

11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

12. Governing Law
