Booking and Cancellation Policy

Booking and Payments

By making an appointment here you agree and accept our booking and and cancellation policy and will make any payments requested in line with the policy  

• We are an appointment only clinic and all appointments must be booked in advance via our online booking system, phone, or in person.
• A 50% booking fee is required to secure your appointment. 
• Full payment is due at the time of your appointment unless otherwise agreed.
• Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
• We require at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
• Cancellations and changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice for ANY reason will mean you will be liable to pay for the full appointment cost. You agree and authorise that the card held on file will be charged for the outstanding balance of the cost of the appointment if you breach the cancellation policy or fail to attend at the agreed time for any reason. 
• If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced, and full payment will still be required. If you arrive for a laser appointment with a tan on the area that is to be treated that is less than 6 weeks old or wearing fake tan you will be charged in full but the treatment can not be carried out for safety reasons.  All of this is explained at your patch test and consultation
