Cancellations accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Within 24 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled cost. Failure to attend with no notification will result in 100% charge for that appointment. Booking fee of £25 required for all treatments, which is non refundable
